Infrastructure

We have own yarn sizing & weaving division is outfitted with 30 Auto Looms and our vendor weaving division is of 200 Auto looms – all of High Speed, Sulzer and Airjet Loom type of Picanol Belgium & Toyota make with maximum held frame of 18 numbers.

We are in tie-up with dying & processing units which are equipped with most morden machinery to ensure the highest standard of eco-friendly products. Customer satisfaction is the main motto of our company. We are able to build huge business base across the world because of our client-friendly policies.

SUBSTRATE

100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, 100% Modal and blend, 100% Melange and blends, 100% Linen and blends, Polyester and Cotton cross woven fabrics, Viscose and its blends, metallic blend, Hemp, Poplin, Chenile fibre.

We can supply Organic and BCI Cotton products as well.

LOOM CAPACITY

230 Looms which can produce 300,000 to 400,000 metres of fabric per month, based on construction.

PRODUCT RANGE

All basic weaves – Plain, Twill, Jacquard and dobby designs upto 18 shafts and 8 colour weft designs. Fancy yarn like melanges, Slubs, Neps, Cambric, Poplin, Flannel, seersucker, crepe, voile, grindle, Multi-count, Reactive solid dyed, pigment print and Space-dyed fabrics

Warping

Warping is the preparation of yarn to weave fabric. It is the transfer of many yarns from the creel of single packages to a beam. The yarns will form a parallel sheet of yarn wound onto the beam. The basic objective of warping is to build a package where yarn ends remain in uniformly set parallel & continuous form & there by to accelerate the next process either sizing or drawing-in.

Sizing

Sizing is a protective method that involves applying an adhesive coating to the surface of the yarn in order to reduce breakage during weaving. Sizing is also the heart of weaving. Sizing liquid is applied to the warp after that it was washed out while processing. This is the most important operation to attain maximum weaving efficiency, especially for blended and filament yarns.

Weaving

The core strength of our weaving processes stems from innovative machineries such as Rapier and Air jet looms, which allow for the weaving of fabrics with a wide range of design and width. We specialised in fancy weaves such as Lino, various Dobby's and Jacquards, as well as all types of woven fabrics. We have gained a fantastic name in the market as one of the best weaving companies in India.

Sampling

To stay innovative and ahead of the competition, we make a new product every week on a sampling loom.

The company has invested in sampling section where it got the capacity to make samples yarn that is needed to develop a new fabric. Here we make a new product on every day on a sampling loom as per client’s requirements to stay innovative and ahead from other in the market.

Bharath Apparels can weave and deliver any fabric with a MOQ of 1000 Mtrs at a bulk market price and our sampling team can make yardage/product development of minimum 100 Mtrs for any development that is sent to us.
